1. What We Collect

Account data: Email address and name when you sign up.

Manuscripts: Text you upload for audiobook production. Stored temporarily during processing, then available for your download.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage data: Basic analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your audiobook
• To process payments
• To send you order confirmations and updates
• To improve service quality

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your manuscripts to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Supabase — Authentication and database
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Application hosting
• ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis (text is processed, not stored)

4. Data Retention

Manuscripts and generated audio are retained for 90 days after generation to allow downloads, then automatically deleted. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing vince@ai-creator.studio. We will respond within 30 days.
